Business Analyst – Power Platform / SKU Management

Javen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support a complex IT application built on Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on SKU creation and management in a large manufacturing environment. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements related to SKU creation processes
• Partner with cross‐functional teams to understand operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
• Support testing cycles, including test planning, execution, and defect management
• Use Jira and qTest to manage user stories, test cases, and defects
• Assist with configuration, updates, and enhancements to the Power Platform application
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing updates, clarifications, and documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and process compliance across SKU lifecycle activities

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. (5-8 years)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Hands‐on experience with testing cycles and defect tracking
• Proficiency with Jira and qTest
• Ability to work in fast‐paced, complex project environments
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Background in manufacturing or product lifecycle processes
