Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely, thoughtful responses to customer inquiries across social media and e-commerce platforms
- Craft polished, on-brand replies to reviews and public feedback
- Engage across Q&A channels on social platforms and e-commerce sites, delivering clear, confident guidance
- Identify and escalate sensitive or high-impact issues with sound judgment
- Monitor trends and sentiment to proactively support brand reputation
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service within a digital or social environment
- Exceptional writing skills with a refined sense of brand voice and tone
- Proficiency in Sprout, Zendesk, and retail e-commerce platforms (or comparable tools)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities seamlessly
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a high standard of execution
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
