They are seeking a Business Development Rep specializing in Commercial Finance Sales to handle outbound leads, manage client accounts, and build lasting relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Comfortable in commission-only
• Strong skills in Lead Generation, Account Management, and Communication
• Proven experience in Relationship Building and Customer Service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Driven self-motivator
• Previous experience in commercial finance or a related field is a plus
