CXO CLUB is a technology organization looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join their team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and building relationships to help companies grow by hiring the right people.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
- Post job openings on job boards and social platforms
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related internships/projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS systems) is a plus
- Basic understanding of hiring processes and HR practices
- Fluent in English
