Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Optimization
Platform & Tools Management
- Operate within retail media platforms and tools such as Criteo and Pacvue
- Leverage platform insights to drive data-informed optimizations
- Ensure campaigns are set up accurately with strong attention to detail
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance across key KPIs (ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, sales)
- Generate actionable insights and communicate performance trends clearly
- Build and maintain regular reporting dashboards and summaries
Keyword & Search Strategy
- Conduct keyword research and manage search-based campaign structures
- Continuously refine keyword targeting to improve efficiency and scale.
Qualifications Experience
- 2 4 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce / retail media performance marketing
- Proven experience executing campaigns across retailers such as Target, CVS, Walgreens, Sam s Club, Walmart, or Amazon
- Experience working in self-service ad platforms (not just managing agencies)
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Solid understanding of:
- Retail media KPIs (ROAS, CPC, conversion rate)
- Campaign structures, bidding strategies, and optimization levers
Analytical Skills
- Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and making optimization decisions
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and actions
