Customer is also looking for someone with strong EBS experience as well as more of a developer/ Technical in EBS (80 % Tech in EBS HRMS) and also post-production support with really great communication skills.
Primary Module Focus should be HRMS EBS, Need Major Experience in EBS HRMS more from Tech side and 30% functional knowledge and few Fusion experience can be an added advantage.
Support daily operations for Oracle EBS HR, Payroll, Labor Distribution, and SSHR.
- Payroll:
- Troubleshoot payroll run errors, balance issues, retro-pay calculations, and configuration defects.
- Assist with end-to-end payroll cycles: validations, run support, costing, GL transfers, audits, and reconciliation.
- Maintain HRMS components including elements, payrolls, jobs/positions, flexfields, security profiles, and payroll processing rules.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements
- Support reports, interfaces, and data fixes using SQL/PLSQL and BI Publisher.
- QA Testing: Lead and document testing (unit, regression, UAT) for updates, enhancements, and legislative patches.
- Support statutory requirements and year-end/quarter-end payroll activities.
- Provide ongoing production support through incident resolution and user assistance.
