Vest Financial is a rapidly growing investment management firm specializing in Target Outcome Strategies. They are seeking an Associate within the Product Management division to support the product management team across various functions including product research, development, marketing, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fund, portfolio, market, competitive, and investment trend research to support product management initiatives
- Develop and maintain product research, written collateral, fact sheets, presentations, white papers, and other materials related to firm products, strategies, investment trends, and client needs
- Generate fund and portfolio analysis and serve as a product and analytical resource for sales, marketing, and distribution teams
- Support product marketing efforts, including helping prepare presentations, talking points, product collateral, analysis, and responses to product-related questions
- Support sales meetings, distribution events, and internal presentations by preparing analysis, materials, and talking points; over time, act as a subject matter resource on assigned products or strategies
- Support products from incubation through launch, including coordinating across relevant internal teams and helping maintain launch-related workflows and documentation
- Help maintain and improve product-related processes, documentation, reporting, collateral, data inputs, and operational workflows that support both existing products and new product launches
- Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, reporting, and technology used to support product management, sales enablement, and product understanding
- Help respond to product-related questions and requests from sales, marketing, compliance, portfolio management, operations, technology, and other stakeholders
- Provide thoughtful input on product strategy, product positioning, and key initiatives as the candidate develops expertise in the firm’s products and market landscape
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership

- Experience with Zephyr
- Experience with Bloomberg
- Experience with Morningstar Direct
- Prior experience in asset management, wealth management, ETF/mutual fund products, investment research, product management, product marketing, trading, or investment operations
- Experience with or interest in derivatives, options, structured products, ETFs, mutual funds, or other investment products
- Familiarity with fund or portfolio analysis, investment product collateral, sales support materials, or investment tools
- Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses could be considered a plus if relevant to the final role scope
