Abacus Insights is transforming how data works for health plans, aiming to make healthcare data usable for better decision-making. The Digital Marketing Manager will own and accelerate growth by driving data-driven campaigns and optimizing performance across various channels to fuel lead generation and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned to growth and revenue goals, with a particular focus on brand advertising and product marketing
- Design and lead targeted, integrated campaigns across the website (SEO/AIO), custom landing pages, video, email, social media, and paid media
- Own performance across the funnel, optimizing for conversion, efficiency, and pipeline impact
- Partner with product marketing to align on messaging and priorities
- Build targeted nurture programs that move prospects through the buyer journey
- Support segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows to improve conversion
- Leverage analytics and dashboards to uncover insights and growth opportunities
- Drive campaign-specific social media strategies to amplify thought leadership
- Continuously evolve strategies using emerging trends, tools, and AI innovations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Proven success developing and leading multi‑channel campaigns across web, email, social and paid media
- Demonstrated ability to apply emerging digital and AI‑driven marketing tools to improve performance and outcomes
- Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and a data enrichment tool such as Clay or Apollo.io
- Strong analytical capability with a track record of turning data into actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders
- Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in health care technology and health data
- Familiarity with data visualization, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools
- Experience with content distribution or social advocacy platforms
