Ally Solutions is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup focused on improving healthcare processes, and they are seeking commission-only Sales Development Representatives for their Bravo Class #2. The role involves making a high volume of calls to medical practices, booking meetings, and earning commissions based on performance without a base salary.
Responsibilities:
- Dialing. A lot of it. You'll be calling medical practices, starting conversations, and booking meetings that matter. This is a high-volume, high-energy role. 75+ calls a day is the floor, not the ceiling
- You get paid for every qualified meeting you book — regardless of outcome. Commission stacks on top when deals close. Multipliers stack on top of that based on your close rate and call volume
- You don't need someone to light a fire under you
- You take feedback and move fast
- You're consistent — not just good on your best days
- Sales background is a plus, hunger is the requirement
