About this role

Build Fellowship is reimagining immigration pathways to unlock opportunity for global talent while strengthening America’s workforce. They are seeking a creative, self-directed Marketing & Content Intern to help build a consistent brand presence and grow an engaged online community.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Facebook and Reddit communities
Identify and nurture organic relationships with fellows, immigrant entrepreneurs, and community creators
Outreach and scheduling for webinars/events
Create briefs and one-pagers for events
Coordinate with influencers, PR, and other partners to tell brand story
Plan, outline, and produce long-form video series
Coordinate and post short-form series (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
Manage production coordination and publishing
Maintain cadence aligned to content calendar
Help develop social content pillars and recurring series
Maintain the admin and coordination needed to keep the calendar on track

Requirements:

A strong communicator with an eye for what makes content resonate
Comfortable working across video, social, and community platforms
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
Genuinely curious about entrepreneurship, immigrant communities, or social impact
Prior content creation or social media experience is a plus, but not required
