They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead their sales team, focusing on managing a high-volume sales pipeline and ensuring efficient deal progression and performance. The role involves overseeing customer interactions, coaching team members, and collaborating with Finance and Operations to resolve any blockers in the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee active customers across multiple deal stages
- Ensure every deal is progressing
- Drive lead → reservation → sale conversion across the team
- Identify breakdown points and fix them in real time
- Enforce and maintain fast response times and consistent follow-up
- Eliminate delays in deal progression, contracting, and handoffs
- Train and uphold Ever’s defined sales workflow
- Ensure every deal is handled cleanly, consistently, and correctly
- Coach reps using real pipeline data and live deals
- Hold team accountable to performance standards daily
- Work closely with Finance and Operations to move deals forward
- Quickly resolve blockers impacting delivery timelines
