The Hirsh Agency is seeking a Customer Experience / Sales Manager to assist individuals and families with life insurance and financial protection options. This relationship-driven role involves guiding clients through the application process and providing ongoing support, while building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients who have requested information about life insurance
- Understand their needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Walk clients through applications and underwriting
- Provide ongoing support after the sale—policy changes, questions, and claims guidance
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Someone who values building relationships, not just transactions
- Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (we help with this)
