Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and follow required scripting to assist customers
- Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers
- Gather and update customer and vehicle information
- Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives for follow-up calls
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment
- Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script and schedule service appointments according to promotional offers
- Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts
Requirements:
- Confident in a high-volume, outbound-focused role
- Ability to receive inbound calls and follow required scripting
- Ability to schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries
- Ability to project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers
- Ability to gather and update customer and vehicle information
- Ability to address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives for follow-up calls
