HCM Training Specialist

• Deliver training and develop content related to the human resources information system Workday.
• Provide training and resources to recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship program development, interviewing, hiring best practices, and use of Workday for recruiting processes.
• Research training best practices to support continuous program improvement.
• Analyze system-related data and generate reports and presentations.
• Maintain and update training materials, exercises, handouts, and assessments to reflect best practices and system or process changes.
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in person for staff.
• Utilize training environments and tools to facilitate learning activities.
• Support maintenance of the Learning Management System, including enrollment requests and administrative activities.
• Respond to requests from stakeholders and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training through multiple methods, including in-person, virtual, and online formats.
• Develop and maintain training materials and course content.
• Provide guidance on recruiting best practices and system usage.
• Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations.
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions.
• Support Learning Management System administration.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and support training needs.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to learn and use technology for training design and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Qualification And Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent with three years of job-related experience in human resources.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, or training may be considered.

Should Have:

• Experience using Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent Optimization as an administrator or trainer.
• Experience delivering HRIS systems training.
