Job Title: HCM Training Specialist

Job Overview:
- Deliver training and develop content related to the human resources information system Workday.
- Provide training and resources to recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship program development, interviewing, hiring best practices, and use of Workday for recruiting processes.
- Research training best practices to support continuous program improvement.
- Analyze system-related data and generate reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update training materials, exercises, handouts, and assessments to reflect best practices and system or process changes.
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in person for staff.
- Utilize training environments and tools to facilitate learning activities.
- Support maintenance of the Learning Management System, including enrollment requests and administrative activities.
- Respond to requests from stakeholders and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training through multiple methods, including in-person, virtual, and online formats.
- Develop and maintain training materials and course content.
- Provide guidance on recruiting best practices and system usage.
- Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations.
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions.
- Support Learning Management System administration.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and support training needs.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to learn and use technology for training design and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Qualification And Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent with three years of job-related experience in human resources.
- Equivalent combination of education, experience, or training may be considered.
Should Have:
- Experience using Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent Optimization as an administrator or trainer.
- Experience delivering HRIS systems training.
