Required Skills & Experience
Strong technical writing / documentation experience
Experience with Jira
Experience working in a CMS environment
Ability to:
Translate complex processes into clear documentation
Write concise, structured, logical content
Strong attention to detail (critical)
Ability to multitask across multiple documents/projects
Strong stakeholder communication / consulting skills
What You Will Be Doing
Partner with business teams to:
Gather process details
Understand workflows end-to-end
Write and maintain:
Procedure documents
Process documentation
Updates to existing content
Create documentation for:
New processes being introduced
Work within:
Content Management System (CMS)
Policy Governance Platform (PGP) (internal tool)
Use Microsoft Word templates for documentation creation
Upload and manage documents through approval workflows
Ensure:
Correct metadata tagging
Accurate data entry
Update and manage related data in Jira
Nice-to-Have
Financial services or merchant services experience
Experience with policy governance tools / document lifecycle systems
Background in:
Journalism
Communications
Process improvement
