ServiceNow CMDB Developer-Remote

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer with strong expertise in CMDB implementation, Service Mapping, Discovery, and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining CMDB architecture, ensuring data integrity, and implementing Service Mapping for enterprise infrastructure visibility.

• 5 8 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM, CSDM, and CMDB best practices.
• Experience with MID Servers, Discovery schedules, and troubleshooting Discovery issues.
• Good understanding of Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
