Job Overview:
- Provide front-line process technician support for manufacturing and operations teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Support manufacturing processes involving new production equipment, process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and new product introductions.
- Apply lean manufacturing techniques and best practices while supporting and coaching production assemblers.
- Instruct production personnel on manufacturing and testing procedures for product devices.
- Recommend and implement process, tooling, and equipment improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Interpret test data, analyze product performance, and assist with yield improvement initiatives.
- Support maintenance and engineering teams in troubleshooting production equipment, safety, quality, and process issues.
- Perform scrap dissection activities and support root cause investigations.
- Communicate production and operational information effectively across shifts and functional teams.
- Support compliance with quality systems, environmental standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing operations and process improvement activities.
- Assist with new production equipment and new product introductions.
- Apply lean manufacturing processes and coach production personnel.
- Train assemblers on manufacturing and testing procedures.
- Recommend and implement process and equipment improvements.
- Analyze test data and support yield improvement efforts.
- Assist maintenance and engineering teams with troubleshooting activities.
- Perform scrap analysis and root cause investigations.
- Communicate operational updates across shifts and departments.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Experience:
- 1 4 years of manufacturing technician experience.
Skills:
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to teach and coach production personnel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Qualification And Education:
- High school diploma, trade school certification, apprenticeship training, or equivalent in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Should Have:
- Experience in medical device manufacturing environments.
