Contact Center Business Analyst

GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking a Contact Center Business Analyst for a 100% remote position. The role involves working on a project for migrating from the Cisco platform to the NiCE platform, requiring experience with Contact Center applications.

Responsibilities:

• We need a resource who has experience in Contact Center applications like Cisco/NiCE/Genesys
• The project is a migration from the Cisco platform to the NiCE platform
• Anyone knowing NiCE or Cisco would be excellent, but if we can get someone with Genesys knowledge, that will also work

Requirements:

• Experience in Contact Center applications like Cisco/NiCE/Genesys
