Business Analyst (Data Governance & AI Enablement)

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical, governance, and data management capabilities to support enterprise data governance, data quality, and AI enablement initiatives. This role will help drive the organization s transition from project-based delivery to a scalable data governance and strategy operating model.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in business analysis, operational research, data quality management, and process improvement with the ability to identify AI and automation opportunities that support business transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, data governance, analytics, or business process improvement
• Strong understanding of data governance concepts, including stewardship, lineage, ownership, and controls
• Experience with data quality analysis, issue resolution, and governance processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data governance frameworks or platforms such as Collibra, Alation, or DAMA
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation initiatives, or AI use case evaluation
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, and database management concepts
• Experience supporting organizational transformation or operating model design initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise data environments
