NTT DATA North America is seeking a Project Manager IT for Revenue Cycle to coordinate and manage integration tasks for new data capabilities with Ascension. The role involves planning and executing interface components, managing integration resources, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the interface components for a project and coordinating the activities of the integration resources assigned
- Develop and maintain Project Plan/JIRA as it relates to integration/interfaces. Maintain integration scope
- Track and manage integration related issues and risks
- Develop and maintain Interface Tracker for each project and product weekly Integration Status report. Maintain other status reporting as needed
- Conduct daily scrum meetings with integration resources and weekly/bi-weekly status meetings with integration resources assigned to each project
- Present large integration activations at National CAB for approval
- Assist in Go-Live Planning for interfaces, including transition of support to Operations and completing Transition to Operational Support Checklist
- Maintain project budget (if applicable)
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
Requirements:
- Must be familiar with HL7 standards and File transfer protocol knowledge
- Must have experience in hospital or healthcare systems
- Must have proficiency in implementing and/or supporting major application packages in and outside of healthcare
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with ServiceNow PPM tool
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and are able to function effectively in both, including hybrids of the two
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Management
- PMP certification
