Infrastructure Project Manager

Swoon is a global data and analytics company seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead infrastructure-focused projects. The role involves collaborating with technical and architecture teams to gather requirements, build project plans, and ensure effective communication and organization throughout project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure-focused projects primarily supporting initiatives, partnering closely with technical and architecture teams
• Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, data, and engineering teams to gather requirements and build detailed project plans and timelines
• Drive project organization, reporting structure, and delivery processes by helping teams improve how they manage and communicate work
• Own weekly and monthly status reporting, stakeholder updates, risk tracking, and overall project visibility
• Act as a strong facilitator and team motivator, helping keep projects aligned and moving forward without managing day-to-day technical execution

Requirements:

• Lead infrastructure-focused projects primarily supporting initiatives, partnering closely with technical and architecture teams

• Looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong Scrum experience and a background leading infrastructure-related projects
• Experience working within data and server environments, including integrations, dependencies, and infrastructure coordination
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand technical concepts such as server decommissioning, infrastructure changes, and dependency impacts
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset, particularly around Jira story management, backlog organization, and dependency tracking
• Proven ability to work calmly through challenges, influence stakeholders, and build strong partnerships across technical teams
