Home Health Account Executive

CenterWell Home Health specializes in personalized, comprehensive home care for patients managing chronic conditions or recovering from injuries. The Home Health Account Executive will promote home health care services, build relationships with healthcare providers, and manage key accounts to drive growth and improve patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities
• You will report to a Market Executive of Sales
