Job Title: Mainframe COBOL Developer Tax System Modernization Job ID: 26-02213 Location: Remote Duration: 12 months of contract

Seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to support modernization and maintenance of a legacy tax management system (ITAS). The role involves requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and production support.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience with COBOL and mainframe-based tax systems
• Strong experience with COBOL, EASYTRIEVE, MVS JCL, CICS, SQL, and DB2
• Experience with VSAM, IMS, DB2 databases
• Knowledge of TSO/ISPF, z/OS, MVS, IMS, and Windows environments
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting mainframe applications
• Experience with technical/functional documentation and software testing throughout SDLC.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $61.00-$68.00 per hour.
