Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced API Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and integrating scalable APIs and microservices. The ideal candidate should have experience working with REST APIs, API security, backend integrations, and modern development tools in enterprise environments.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in API Development & Integration
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Knowledge of API Security (OAuth2, JWT, OIDC)
- Experience with JSON, XML, SOAP, REST
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs
- Integrate APIs with backend systems and third-party services
- Implement security, authentication, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development and deployment
- Troubleshoot API and integration-related issues
Preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Exposure to API gateways and DevOps practices
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
