Role: AI Engineer / Claude Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration : Long term (Remote)
Job Description:-
- Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using Claude, Copilot, and UiPath
- Build end-to-end intelligent workflows, combining:
- LLM capabilities (reasoning, summarization, extraction)
- RPA for system execution
- Develop and integrate MCP-based architectures to enable:
- Context sharing between tools and AI models
- Secure and scalable tool usage by LLMs
- Create and manage MCP servers/tools for enterprise integrations
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for structured outputs
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and automation workflows
- Implement document processing and data extraction pipelines
- Ensure solution quality through:
- Deidentification/PII Masking
- Validation logic
- Exception handling
- Human-in-the-loop where required
- Optimize for performance, scalability, and cost (tokens / AI units)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
Required Skills:-
- Hands-on experience with:
- Claude (prompting, API integration)
- Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio, plugins)
- UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, automation design)
- Strong experience with:
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Building and consuming MCP servers/tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Generative AI / LLM concepts
- Prompt engineering and structured outputs (JSON)
- RPA and workflow orchestration
- Programming experience in:
- Python / .NET / JavaScript
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Good to Have:
- Experience with:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
- Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock
- Exposure to:
- UiPath Document Understanding
- AI-driven document processing and OCR
- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance (healthcare/finance preferred)
Preferred Use Case Experience:
- Document / claims processing
- Intelligent email automation
- AI-driven decisioning workflows.
- Tool-augmented AI systems using MCP.
