Position Details:

Desktop Support-Hybrid-Dallas TX

Location : Dallas , TX - 75254 - Hybrid

Project Duration : 6+ Months (Contract to Hire)
Pay rate : $15.00/hr. on w2

Job Description:

• Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard applications.
• Manage software deployments, patches, and updates.
• Create packaged and install applications/tools using Datto tool
• Troubleshoot issue related to Outlook,Teams,Fortgate client .
• Troubleshoot the polycom equipment issues.
• Perform system backups and assist in disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
• Respond to service desk tickets, diagnose issues, and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with other IT staff on network, server, and infrastructure support.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding users (account setup, workstation provisioning, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
