Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions. The Enterprise Sales Director will drive strategic revenue growth by leading complex, multi-region enterprise sales cycles with global beauty brands while defining commercial strategy and owning the enterprise customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex global enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing with multinational beauty and retail organizations
- Own and close high-value contracts ($250K–$2M+ ACV), including multi-brand and multi-market agreements
- Build and scale the enterprise sales function, including pipeline strategy, forecasting, sales processes, and KPIs
- Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives, driving performance and deal execution
- Define and execute the global enterprise go-to-market strategy
- Engage C-level stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise procurement and legal processes
- Structure multi-year enterprise contracts in collaboration with legal, finance, and leadership
- Design strategic rollout plans across multiple regions (US, EU, APAC, MENA)
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to scope and deliver enterprise solutions
- Drive enterprise account growth, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
- Represent the company at major international industry events
