Lima Films is seeking a highly connected and commercially driven Brand Integration / Product Placement Executive to lead the monetization of film screen time through strategic brand partnerships. This role is responsible for securing financial commitments from brands in exchange for product placement, brand visibility, and integration within film and media productions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnerships for product placement in films
- Negotiate placement fees, contracts, and deliverables with brands and agencies
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of brand partners across industries (tech, automotive, fashion, FMCG, etc.)
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless on-screen integration
- Track market rates and optimize pricing for placements based on exposure and value
- Build long-term relationships with marketing agencies and brand decision-makers
- Report on revenue generated from brand integrations per project
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product placement, brand partnerships, advertising sales, or film/media sponsorships
- Strong network within marketing, advertising, or brand management circles
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Understanding of film production workflows is a strong plus
- Ability to balance creative integrity with commercial objectives
- Self-starter with a revenue-driven mindset
