Product Design Lead

DataAnnotation is seeking a Product Design Lead to enhance AI models by evaluating and improving their understanding of design work. The role involves assessing AI outputs, providing feedback, and refining models to better support designers in creating user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's is preferred but not required
