- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI, automation, and smarter workflows
- Navigate complex clinical and regulatory domains (e.g., MDS, LTCF, immunizations, clinical documentation) and translate that understanding into product direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders
- Manage products through the full development lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle
- Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory systems

- Comfort with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, and modern development practices
- Excellent communication skills — you can make complex topics clear for any audience
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered product features
- Familiarity with clinical documentation, regulatory instruments (MDS, LTCF), or long-term care workflows
- A track record of revitalizing or modernizing legacy products
- A bias toward product impact over process — you focus on outcomes, not just output
