Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP Crystal Reports for commissions and business reporting.
- Analyze commissions data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely processing.
- Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized reports.
- Perform SQL queries, data extraction, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support reporting enhancements, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
- Prepare documentation and maintain reporting standards and best practices.
