Guidewire Development Lead - PolicyCenter (P&C Insurance)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire configuration, integration, and cloud/SaaS implementations within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable solutions for PolicyCenter platforms, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Guidewire PolicyCenter Development
- Lead design and development of:
- PCFs (Page Configuration Files)
- Business Rules
- Data Models
- GUnit test cases
- Customize and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
Implementation & Migration
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Work on:
- New implementations (PolicyCenter V10 - SaaS model)
- Migration from on-prem to Guidewire Cloud
Integration & APIs
- Design and implement integrations with:
- External portals
- Third-party systems
- Work with:
- REST APIs
- Message queues
- Batch processes
Cloud & Data Platform
- Work with:
- Guidewire Cloud Data Access platform
- Ensure:
- Data integration
- Performance optimization
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead development teams and provide technical guidance
- Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with:
- Business stakeholders
- Architects
- QA teams
Domain & Business Alignment
- Apply strong knowledge of:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
- Personal Lines / Commercial Lines
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
