Business Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

• Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support regulatory transformation initiatives through data-driven evaluation, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with regulatory teams, senior leadership, and subject matter experts to develop dashboards, reports, trackers, and analytical solutions that support operational improvements and strategic decision-making.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Experience communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions.
• Strong experience using data analytics tools and methodologies to derive insights from data.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Excel PowerPivot, Cognos Cubes, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience drafting business and technical documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives and user needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and insights within complex datasets.

Experience:

• Experience in business requirements analysis, architecture, and solution design.
• Experience supporting cloud-based data and analytics solutions using platforms such as Azure and Snowflake preferred.
• Experience with data management, data engineering, visualization, analytics, data science, or AI solutions preferred.
• Experience developing business requirements documentation.
• Experience building analytical and quantitative analysis models.
• Experience facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support regulatory transformation initiatives through data analysis and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Evaluation and Reporting teams, senior staff, and subject matter experts to develop performance monitoring products.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, trackers, and analytical reporting solutions.
• Ensure reporting activities align with regulatory assurance frameworks and operational objectives.
• Build strong working relationships across departments to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Support both short-term operational needs and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs.
• Assist in the development of documentation related to business requirements, reporting processes, and analytical solutions.

Should Have:
