SAP Solution Manager Consultant - Remote / Telecommute

• Seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager solutions across enterprise SAP landscapes.
• The ideal candidate will manage monitoring, alerting, lifecycle management, and incident resolution activities while supporting cloud, hybrid, and transformation initiatives.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
• Proven experience with SAP Solution Manager modules including Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure, System Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, Job Monitoring, Interface Monitoring, and Test Management.
• Strong background in SAP monitoring, operations, and incident management.
• Experience supporting SAP landscapes including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Fiori, SAP CPI, or SAP PI/PO environments.
• Good understanding of SAP BASIS operations and system administration concepts.
• Experience performing system health checks, performance monitoring, and alert troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and integrations with SAP monitoring platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience:

• Experience implementing and supporting SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager solutions.
• Experience supporting hybrid SAP environments preferred.
• Experience supporting SAP migration and transformation projects including ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred.
• Experience with automation, scripting, or integration tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of AppDynamics is preferred.
• Experience providing technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer activities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager platforms.
• Manage system, interface, and business process monitoring across SAP environments.
• Configure monitoring scenarios for system availability, performance, job monitoring, and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to identify and resolve incidents and performance issues.
• Support end-to-end application lifecycle management including deployment, operations, and testing activities.
• Configure dashboards, alerts, notifications, and reporting capabilities within SAP monitoring platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for issue remediation.
• Implement SAP monitoring best practices and standardized support procedures.
• Coordinate with BASIS, infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure system stability and performance.
• Support upgrade, migration, and transformation initiatives involving SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes.
• Document technical configurations, operational procedures, and support processes.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and support teams.

Should Have:

• SAP certification in Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, or related SAP technologies preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP environments and modernization initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.
