MetalBear is an early-stage startup focused on developer tooling, seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth across global markets. The role involves managing inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and collaborating with Account Executives to optimize the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound outreach across multiple channels
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach at scale
- Partner with AEs to improve conversion rates and handoffs
- Build and optimize sequences, automations, and GTM data infrastructure using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Claud and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS (developer tools a plus)
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline — not just booking meetings
- Fluent English and strong written communication skills
- Curiosity and technical aptitude — you enjoy testing, integrating, and automating GTM tools
- Experience building or maintaining data and automation workflows across the GTM stack
