About this role
NextGen, a Kelly Telecom Company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong wireless telecom deployment experience to support Nokia RAN projects across the USA. The role involves managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for Nokia RAN site deployments, ensuring quality assurance, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Nokia RAN site deployments and equipment replacement activities
- Track project milestones, deliverables, site progress, and integration readiness
- Ensure sites are fully prepared prior to integration stage, including:
- Equipment installation validation
- Alarm checks and clearance
- E911 compliance verification
- Site quality audits and closeout review
- Coordinate with field teams, engineers, construction vendors, and customer stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards across all project phases
- Review and validate RAN site documentation, punch lists, and acceptance criteria
- Support telecom equipment replacement and upgrade activities
- Escalate risks/issues proactively and drive timely resolution
- Maintain accurate reporting, trackers, and deployment status updates
Requirements:
- Strong Project Management experience within wireless telecom/Nokia environments
- Hands-on experience managing Nokia RAN deployments, upgrades, and integration readiness
- Strong understanding of E911 requirements
- Strong understanding of Alarm troubleshooting/checks
- Strong understanding of RAN site workflows
- Strong understanding of Site lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Quality assurance processes
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously in a remote environment
- Prior T-Mobile (TMO) project experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Nokia deployment tools and processes
- Wireless telecom certifications are a plus
- Strong customer-facing and vendor management experience
