Mirantis is the Kubernetes-native AI infrastructure company, enabling organizations to build and operate scalable, secure, and sovereign infrastructure for modern AI and data-intensive applications. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing the marketing & sales pipeline while collaborating closely with the Account Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through inbound efforts, with a focus on proactive follow-up with interested prospects
- Generate new sales leads through outbound phone and email prospecting and in close alignment with the sales team
- Schedule meetings and solution demos for the Account Executives
- Manage outbound leads process to maximise conversion and pipeline development
- Effectively communicate Mirantis’s offerings and apply them to the needs of a prospect
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce
- Achieve monthly quotas and objectives
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, prospecting or sourcing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goals
- A strong desire to learn a comprehensive software sales process
- Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value
- Open to take direction and feedback
- Experience in technology solutions, cloud, and Saas - will be a plus
- Skills with tools such as SFDC, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, 6sense etc. - will be a plus
