Areti Group is a rapidly growing SaaS business operating within the employee benefits, HR technology, and healthcare space. They are seeking a commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can drive enterprise growth through smart outreach and strong market engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Driving outbound prospecting activity across enterprise accounts
- Creating and booking qualified meetings for senior sales leadership
- Using a mix of cold calling, email, LinkedIn and creative outreach campaigns
- Helping shape messaging, targeting and go-to-market activity
- Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to generate pipeline
- Building relationships with HR, Benefits and business leaders
Requirements:
- Previous SDR/BDR/sales development experience within SaaS or technology
- Someone proactive, creative and happy to 'get after it' from an outbound perspective
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building conversations from scratch
- Strong communication skills and a high-energy attitude
- A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and taking ownership
- Employee benefits, HR tech or healthcare experience is highly desirable, but not essential
