They are seeking a Director of Customer Service to oversee and enhance all client support operations, develop customer service strategies, and lead distributed customer service teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance all client support operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience across the organization
- Develop customer service strategies, optimize support processes, and manage performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, client success, compliance, and leadership teams to improve service efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and support long-term business growth
Requirements:
- Strong leadership experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or Customer Operations
- Proven ability to develop and implement customer service strategies and operational improvements
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills
- Experience managing remote or distributed customer support teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, service performance, and response efficiency
- Experience with CRM platforms, customer support systems, and operational reporting tools
- Proven experience in a leadership-level customer service or client operations role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
- Understanding of digital asset markets, fintech, or cryptocurrency services is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred
