Patriot Disposal is one of the fastest-growing waste and recycling companies in the Mid-Atlantic, seeking a Customer Service Member to support key operations. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service quality and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Process service requests and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Process Payments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1--2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus
- Bilingual preferred but not required
