Member of Technical Staff - Product Manager OSS

Reflection is on a mission to build open superintelligence and make it accessible to all. They are seeking a Product Manager who will own the product end-to-end, working directly with research to shape model releases and drive the product surface while leading the go-to-market motion.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with research leads to shape model releases and product direction — including what gets cut and when
• Own the open-source release end-to-end: licensing, documentation, community, contribution health
• Build and maintain partner and ecosystem relationships (inference providers, cloud partners, developer platforms)
• Lead the GTM motion for your product area — positioning, launch, developer adoption
• Define and instrument success metrics that tell you whether the bet is working, not just whether you shipped
