SAP PROJECT MANAGER - Financial Migration

Dice is a major healthcare enterprise client seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. The role involves overseeing the migration of Oracle-based Procure-to-Pay capabilities into an SAP S/4HANA environment, managing project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and execution activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate business, functional, technical, integration, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate migration activities from Oracle-based Procure-to-Pay solutions into SAP S/4HANA
• Support implementation efforts involving Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and Purchasing processes
• Drive status reporting, executive communications, RAID management, and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure successful execution of testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities
• Partner with business and IT leadership to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large enterprise ERP or SAP initiatives
• Experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes
• Experience supporting AP, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, or related financial operations
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within large enterprise environments
• Experience with Oracle to SAP migration programs
• SAP S/4HANA Finance or Procurement project experience
• PMP, Scrum, or SAP-related certifications preferred
