Dice is a major healthcare enterprise client seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. The role involves overseeing the migration of Oracle-based Procure-to-Pay capabilities into an SAP S/4HANA environment, managing project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and execution activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Coordinate business, functional, technical, integration, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate migration activities from Oracle-based Procure-to-Pay solutions into SAP S/4HANA
- Support implementation efforts involving Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and Purchasing processes
- Drive status reporting, executive communications, RAID management, and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure successful execution of testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities
- Partner with business and IT leadership to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large enterprise ERP or SAP initiatives
- Experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes
- Experience supporting AP, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, or related financial operations
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within large enterprise environments
- Experience with Oracle to SAP migration programs
- SAP S/4HANA Finance or Procurement project experience
- PMP, Scrum, or SAP-related certifications preferred
