Miter is on a mission to help construction contractors build with confidence by modernizing their software solutions. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own product launches, develop messaging and positioning, and create marketing assets to ensure successful go-to-market strategies for new and relaunched products.
Responsibilities:
- Own go-to-market for new and relaunched products end-to-end — from roadmap alignment and launch planning to internal readiness, GTM campaign development, and external launch execution
- Build and maintain a launch calendar and milestone framework, defining timelines and criteria for launching products confidently internally and externally
- Create all launch assets — positioning and messaging, product pages, one-pagers, email campaigns, press releases, customer stories, and video assets — going hands-on in Figma when needed
- Shepherd cross-functional launch readiness, including the criteria for when a product is ready, internal docs and templates, and materials that help sales sell new products
- Own Miter's core messaging and positioning, including how we differentiate and tell our story across audiences and channels
- Build customer marketing and expansion programs including cross-sell campaigns and automated upsell sequences
- Own competitive intelligence and audience segmentation — and track what matters: launch pipeline, demo requests, and expansion ARR
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong track record developing messaging and positioning for specific audiences
- Proven experience running product launches end-to-end and orchestrating multi-channel go-to-market efforts across product, sales, and marketing
- Research and synthesis chops — you extract signal from customer conversations, competitive landscapes, and internal data to inform strategy
- Strong writing and storytelling skills; you turn product functionality into messages that resonate with real buyers
- Analytics fluency — you define and track KPIs like launch impact, expansion ARR, and win/loss trends
- Comfortable using AI to scale content production and marketing workflows
- Nice to have: experience in vertical SaaS, construction, or workforce/payroll
