Firmable is the market-leading B2B sales intelligence platform in Asia-Pacific, now expanding into the US. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and booking meetings that convert into pipeline for Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect into target accounts via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outbound tactics
- Qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings for the Account Executives
- Collaborate on outbound messaging, sequences, and value propositions tailored to US markets
- Research accounts, industries, and buying personas to personalise outreach
- Maintain clean, accurate data in HubSpot and prospecting tools
- Share insights on objection patterns, ICP quality, and market feedback
- Help establish early outbound best practices and documentation for future SDR hires
