Casey is building a new kind of insurance agency that optimizes service for customers. As the Founding BDR, you will be responsible for high-volume outbound outreach to pre-qualified prospects, aiming to book meetings for the producer team and shape the outbound playbook from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Run high-volume outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) to pre-qualified prospects to book intro meetings for our producers
- Own outreach end-to-end: research, first touch, objection handling, follow-up, and handoff
- Use live research to find sharp, specific angles for each prospect
- Hit and beat weekly meeting and pipeline targets; report cleanly on what's working and what isn't
- Partner with the engineering team to stress-test and improve the AI tools that power outbound (lead enrichment, sequencing, dialer workflows)
- Refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outbound sequences based on what is actually converting
