TTEC is a global consulting, technology, and managed services company that helps brands deliver smarter, more human customer experiences through data, AI, and technology. In this role, you will proactively engage with Fortune 1000 businesses to introduce them to business solutions and services through outbound calling and electronic communications.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound outreach, including 60–70 daily calls to prospective leads, to generate interest and engagement
- Execute consistent follow-up through 15–20 daily electronic communications, including email and LinkedIn messages, to nurture prospects and build relationships
- Gather, document, and maintain accurate data points for each engaged lead to support pipeline tracking and reporting efforts
- Provide regular updates to management by reporting on outreach performance, including successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Analyze engagement trends to identify active participants in the program and share insights and best practices for effectively reaching key decision-makers
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must type 30+ wpm
- Ability to speak with C-level decision makers regarding services
- Experience with outbound calls
- Natural curiosity and the ability to build engaging, purposeful conversations with prospects
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in business to business sales industries highly desired
