Product Engineer

VoiceValet is building digital employees for service businesses that communicate with customers and solve problems efficiently. The Product Engineer will own large, ambiguous problems and ship production voice AI systems, working closely with the leadership team to translate customer needs into product developments.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and ship new capabilities for our voice agents based on customer feedback - for example, integrating more business systems in a seamless way
• Improve conversation quality, latency, and reliability across the stack
• Expand the surface area of what our agents can do for customers and the operators behind them
• Help define what great looks like at VoiceValet: what we build, how we build it, and the bar we hold
