SAP Project Manager, Senior
Our major healthcare enterprise client is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on migrating Oracle-based Procure-to-Pay (P2P) capabilities into an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will oversee project delivery, stakeholder coordination, planning, governance, and execution activities supporting the transition of Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and Purchasing functions into the enterprise SAP platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate business, functional, technical, integration, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate migration activities from Oracle-based Procure-to-Pay solutions into SAP S/4HANA.
- Support implementation efforts involving Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and Purchasing processes.
- Drive status reporting, executive communications, RAID management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure successful execution of testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Partner with business and IT leadership to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large enterprise ERP or SAP initiatives.
- Experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Experience supporting AP, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, or related financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle to SAP migration programs.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance or Procurement project experience.
- PMP, Scrum, or SAP-related certifications preferred.
