Seeking a strategic operations leader to manage and support high-impact Electric Operations initiatives focused on wildfire risk reduction, climate adaptation, operational efficiency, and utility strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Seeking a strategic operations leader to manage and support high-impact Electric Operations initiatives focused on wildfire risk reduction, climate adaptation, operational efficiency, and utility strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives, pilots, and operational programs
- Manage cross-functional coordination across operations, technical, and business teams
- Support project planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
- Track project deliverables, resolve issues, and provide leadership updates
- Coordinate field activities and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications:
- 6 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, program, or portfolio management
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong project/program management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing multiple initiatives in matrixed environments
Preferred:
- Experience in wildfire, forestry, climate, or utility operations
- PMP Certification preferred
Hybrid role with occasional travel to Bay Area office locations.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $109.00-$113.00 per hour.
