Project Manager/ SW Delivery/Insurance

Largeton Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex enterprise technology projects with a focus on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) execution. The role involves overseeing project delivery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing project governance and risk.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex enterprise technology projects with a primary focus on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) execution and cross-functional coordination
• Oversee technical project delivery from inception to implementation, ensuring successful outcomes in structured environments
• Collaborate closely with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners
• Drive accountability for deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution with third-party vendors and partners
• Manage project governance, risk logs, dependencies, and maintain detailed project plans and executive status reports
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and project governance meetings, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders
• Utilize Jira for sprint planning, backlog tracking, and delivery management
• Handle scope changes, competing priorities, and dependencies in fast-paced enterprise settings
• Support projects involving finance, accounting, ERP, or other business-critical enterprise applications

• Candidates must have recent experience in insurance, financial, or banking sectors, specifically in software/application development and integration (not infrastructure)
• Experience with Finance and Accounting applications preferred but not required
• Candidates with long tenures and/or recent local project experience are highly preferred
